Payment Information*

A 25% deposit is due with your signed contract. Full payment of the balance is due no later than May 31, 2020. After May 1st, full payment must accompany your signed contract. Exhibitors cancelling space reservations after January 31 are subject to liquidated damages of 10% of total booth fees. Cancellations after May 31 are subject to liquidated damages of 100% of total booth fees.

Exhibitor Member rate, $41.00 per square foot, plus $250 per corner.
Non-Member rate, $48.50 per square foot plus $250 per corner.
